TEACH: a Documentary Airing Tonight
And since just about all of us are back in the classroom for the new year, that means many of us are looking forward to coming home today, changing into comfy clothes and collapsing on the couch in the way that only a teacher at the start of a new school year can do.
So while your kicking back and relaxing in that "I forgot how good it feels to sit down and not hear my own voice" way, you won't want to miss a special documentary that is airing tonight.
The description reads, "What does it mean to be a teacher? TEACH, a two-hour special directed by Davis Guggenheim and narrated by Queen Latifah, aims to answer this question by exploring America’s education system through the eyes, minds and hearts of its most essential resource – teachers."
You can watch the trailer here: http://takepart.com/teach
The documentary is based on the "What does it mean to be a teacher?" How would you answer that question?
