What child wouldn't love a glowstick? Best of all they can be bought on the cheap at your local Dollar Store. I would actually print labels to put onto the bags for a quick and easy behavior reinforcement.

Another fun idea would be to make a tag to feed the glowstick through and let your friends wear them home...or around school to get accolades throughout the day.
