BARKER CREEK 7 PRODUCT GIVEAWAY

I told you this would be a week of giveaways and promotions!

Today I am excited to team up with Barker Creek to offer you a chance (well, five chances really) to win 7 of their themed products. I've used their products in my classroom in the past. When I did my jungle theme I bought up all of the items they had available from their Safari line. Last year when I used a lime green and aqua color scheme, I snagged this Barker Creek border (which is cleverly called "dot calm").

And this year I am coveting this super-cute science border which I have already mentally hung on my hallway bulletin board to go with my magnets and electricity unit.

How stinking cute is that? Maybe I love it so much because that guy looks like I feel when the chaos of science takes place in my classroom. :)

When I was contacted by the company about writing a product review, I had no idea what products I would be reviewing. I was just told that I would receive some "samples." I anticipated a small hodge podge of things and looked forward to working with the company because I was already a fan of their products.

When I opened the package my love for Barker Creek grew. Not because I was given a treasure trove of awesomeness that matched my classroom, but because of the amount of care that went into the package. Emily had taken the time to explore my blog and look at my classroom photos and specifically hand-picked organization and decor items that she thought I would like and could use AND here is the best part...she included a very nice hand-written note.  Who does that these days?!?!?

As I mentioned, I was already a fan of Barker Creek, but what I didn't know was that they were a small, women-owned company. I heart small businesses!
